Bill Jorden's more than 40 years' experience as a Pennsylvania trial lawyer has established him as an outstanding advocate in personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as criminal defense and commercial litigation.
During his career as a successful trial attorney, Mr. Jorden has championed the cause of the individual against insurance companies of large national corporations and the government. Attorney Jorden represented Vietnam Veterans suffering from multiple diseases because of their exposure to Agent Orange. Bill Jorden fought for Vietnam Veterans and filed class-action lawsuits in Pittsburgh and Erie, Pennsylvania against the chemical companies who manufactured Agent Orange.
In 1993, Attorney Jorden served as President of the Crawford County Bar Association. Attorney Jorden has served on the Board of Directors of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association since 1985. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association, and the Crawford County Bar Association.
Today, Attorney Jorden continues to fight for those who have suffered personal injury, illness or death as a result of defective products, or the negligent and intentional actions of large corporations or the individuals who run them. Attorney Jorden has lectured extensively concerning matters involving personal injury litigation and trials.
Attorney Jorden is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA 1966) and Duquesne University School of Law (JD 1969).
